With a background in veterinary nursing and pet insurance, Penny is the perfect person to lead our insurance department. Her enthusiasm and passion means that she is happiest when helping clients with their insurance claims. She has worked here for years and uses her clinical insight to assist her in her administrative role.  She is a keen horse rider and inspiring member of the Eco Team.
