Sophie studied Zoo and Biology Conservation at university and joined the team in 2024 after a range of other unfulfilling customer service jobs. We think she has found her place amongst like-minded people and she relishes the opportunity to build positive experiences for clients  visiting us with their pets. She still volunteers at a local zoo with the primates and small mammals.
