Holly joined the team in 2014 as Practice Manager after meeting Steve while running a large annual event for vets. In 2018, she became Operations Director and Co-owner alongside Steve. Her love of spreadsheets and problem-solving abilities mean she is kept busy, mostly behind the scenes as she undertakes a whole range of tasks.

However, she is most passionate about supporting and developing the team, so they can provide the highest level of care to our patients and clients. One day her Welsh chapel renovation project will also be finished too.
